About Your Instructor

In addition to his life as a comedian (Time Out NY, New York Comedy Club) improviser (DCM, Solocom) actor (CBS) producer (co-founder of The Vermont Comedy Festival, The Vermont Film Festival, and Gnar Bois, LLC) and improv coach, Matt Vita has also spent 17 years of his life working in financial services as the VP of a hedge fund, and has been a serial entrepreneur ever since starting his own party planning business while still a teenager. He has taught this course to big scary business men, know-it-all frat boys, and everything in between.  He’s performed improv for CEOs, has shared stages with rap superstars, but he still likes making his parents chuckle at Sunday dinner.  He spent his formative years volunteering at Camp Anchor (Answering the Needs of Citizens with Handicaps through Organized Recreation), and his collegiate years working with inner city youth in Jamaica Plain while studying at BU.  Through all these ventures, with people from all walks of life, Matt attributes his greatest successes and joys from his ability to communicate, empathize, and find humor and common ground with everybody and anybody he works with.  He hopes to share some of these experiences, many laughs, and a plethora of useful communication tools in this one of a kind workshop!

Would you like to improve your public speaking?  Want to think faster on your feet?  Does the idea of presenting to prospects and colleagues give you anxiety and you wish you had a magic wand that could wipe that fear away?

If you answered “Yes” to any of those questions AND you’d like to laugh on your way to self-actualizing your communication goals, then this workshop is definitely for you! Reach out to inquire about booking a workshop today!
